The most distinctive sentences are searched as exact phrases in Wikipedia, Wikisource, scholarly works from OpenAlex and Crossref, and the web.
Overlap matching
Every sentence is compared with each source using 5-word sequences (8-character sequences for Chinese).
Highlights and sources
Copied sentences are highlighted and linked to the source they match, with a share for each source.

Your text is not stored. Only short search phrases are sent to the sources.
